Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of personalised products (puzzles, cushions, mugs, tote bags, laptop sleeves, and any other item offered on the site) made through the Neko&Co website.
Article 2 — Products and personalisation
Products are made to order based on the elements (photo, first name, style choice) provided by the customer when placing the order. The customer guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to the images submitted.
Article 3 — Price
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included.
Article 4 — Order and production
As each product is personalised and made to order once the order has been confirmed, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer's specifications once production has begun.
Article 5 — Delivery
Neko&Co cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Article 6 — Payment
Payment is made online, in full, at the time of ordering, via the payment methods available on the site.
Article 7 — Complaints and disputes
